How we work
Throughout each construction project, we follow a set process which helps us to ensure that each step is completed to the specification required and efficiently. This helps us to maintain high standards at all times for all of our clients. We have honed and refined this process through our four decades in business, and it now helps to make each project as seamless as possible.
PLANNING (if required)
We prepare and submit all planning documents for you.
DESIGN
We work with our own planners or yours to provide drawings, the design proposal and any other documents required.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
We make sure that all necessary paperwork, risk assessments and systems are in place throughout the build.
CONSTRUCTION
We project manage the whole build from start to finish.
COMPLETION
We handover the building to you and provide training on how to use any specialised equipment.
