Over the last 40 years, we have built an impressive team with a vast amount of experience in construction management covering a wide range of projects – large and small, industrial, commercial and agricultural for a variety of clients in different sectors.

As construction project managers, we take complete responsibility for the day-to-day running of your project from start to finish. This involves consulting with architects and surveyors to develop a plan, including working out timescales, calculating resources needed and overseeing budgets and costs.

We draw up schedules of work for each day from initial preparation of the site to final completion. We look after the day-to-day work once building starts, keeping an eye on the progress and quality of your build. We provide regular updates on the progress of your project and most important of all, ensure that the site meets all health and safety, and building regulations.

We also manage a number of large commissions where the project is well underway. The client may have already chosen an architect and approved the design. Planning permission has been granted and they have selected their preferred construction company and suppliers. In this case, they simply want an experienced project management team to oversee the total build. Morgan Farm Machinery are the perfect choice.
