This project was a year in the making. It’s no wonder when you consider all the plant features, which include: a 150 ton/hour intake pit, a 4 screen Zanin rotary cleaner, a 50 ton/hour Svegma dryer, two 150 ton wet bins, a 150 ton/hour conveyor belt and an automatic travelling cross conveyor to fill the grain store.

Whole farm project

Mecmar 43 ton grain dryer with a perry trench conveyor

On this project, we supplied a Mecmar 43 ton diesel grain dryer - a fully automatic system with trench and conveyor feed meaning the farmer can just tip and go.

Grain store with grain drying floor

To design and build a new agricultural grain store building measuring 140ft x 70ft was the brief for this client. This includes a grain drying floor and all the associated equipment.

Grain drying and store facility

For this client, the brief was to design and build a new drying and grain storage facility measuring 140ft x 70ft. This includes convey systems, a grain pit and Mecmar mobile grain dryer.

Grain store with dryer and lean-to

Here we were asked to design and build an agricultural grain store and supply a Mecmar grain dryer. Lean-tos were attached after the main build, which has a brick frontage with concrete apron.

Covered animal housing

At this farm, we were asked to design and construct a concrete, steel and wood building to shelter cattle within the main yard area.

Deer slaughter house and store

For this client, we designed and built aa new deer slaughter house and agricultural store. The building measures 165ft x 40ft.

For this client, we built a bespoke garden machinery shed with open lean-to bays to house kit required for small holding. The building measures 20ft x 70ft.
